The service

Realtor Videos is a video-editing service delivered through a Telegram bot and operated by R3 Cavalcante LLC. You send raw video clips and text, an automated system edits them, and you receive a finished video. By using the bot or this site you agree to these terms.

Free trial

Your first video is free: up to 60 seconds, with a watermark, no card required. The free trial is limited to one video per Telegram account.

Plans, credits and billing

Standard ($49/month, 30 credits) and Pro ($99/month, 80 credits) are monthly subscriptions billed through Stripe. They renew automatically every month until you cancel.

1 credit = 1 minute of finished video, rounded up for each video. Monthly credits do not roll over: unused monthly credits expire when the plan renews or ends. Top-up packs (20 credits for $19) are a one-time payment, and top-up credits do not expire.

The price you see at checkout is the price you pay. We may change prices or limits in the future, but a change never affects a period you have already paid for.

Cancellation

You can cancel at any time in the Stripe customer portal: in the bot, open Plan & credits and tap Manage subscription. Cancelling stops future charges. Monthly credits left when the subscription ends expire; top-up credits stay in your account.

Refunds

Credits that were already used are not refunded. If a video fails to process on our side, the credits reserved for it are returned automatically. If you think you were charged by mistake, contact us at @claudecode.lab and we will review it.

Your content

Your clips, images, texts and finished videos are yours. You allow us to process them only to produce your video and run the service.

You are responsible for having the right to use everything you send (footage, people on camera, photos, music) and for what you publish. Do not send unlawful content.

Files are kept for 7 days

Videos and files are deleted from our servers 7 days after they are processed. Keep your own copy of the finished video. The copy in your Telegram chat stays there until you delete it.

No promise of results

The edit is made automatically and can contain mistakes, such as a wrong caption or a misplaced image. Please review each video before you post it. We do not promise any number of views, leads or sales.

The service is provided “as is”. It may be unavailable at times, and features may change.

Limit of liability

To the extent allowed by law, our total liability for any claim is limited to the amount you paid us in the 30 days before the claim.
