Who we are
R3 Cavalcante LLC runs Realtor Videos (the Telegram bot and this site). Contact: @claudecode.lab.
What we collect
From Telegram: your user ID, username, first name and language.
What you send to the bot: video clips, images, links and your answers (what you sell, where the click goes). What the service creates: the transcript of what you say, the finished videos, and your credit and job history.
Payments are handled by Stripe. We never see or store your card number. We keep Stripe customer and subscription IDs, and the amounts and dates of payments.
How we use it
To make your videos, manage credits and billing, answer support requests and keep the service working and secure. We do not sell your personal data.
Who else handles your data
Telegram (message delivery), Stripe (payments) and the provider that hosts our servers.
An AI language-model provider (currently OpenRouter) receives the transcript and your answers to plan the hook, captions and images. A stock-image provider (Pexels) receives search terms if you let the system choose images. Speech-to-text runs on our own machines.
How long we keep it
Clips, images and finished videos are deleted from our servers 7 days after processing. Account, credit and payment records are kept while your account exists and as long as the law or accounting requires. You can ask us to delete your account data.
Cookies and ad measurement
We may use the Meta Pixel to measure our ads. It can set cookies and tell Meta that you clicked Start free or a plan button. You can block it in your browser settings or with an ad blocker.
Your choices
Ask us for a copy of your data or to delete it at @claudecode.lab. To stop using the service, stop messaging the bot and cancel your plan in the Stripe portal.
Security and children
We use encrypted connections and reasonable safeguards, but no system is 100% secure. The service is not meant for children under 13.
Changes
We may update this page. The date at the top shows the latest version.
